At this stage, you are expected to come prepared with your refined department budget, incorporating any adjustments discussed during prior meetings. This includes detailed recommendations for expenditures, anticipated changes, and any new requests.

Please be prepared to clearly present and justify each item to the Finance Committee, including how it aligns with operational needs, service levels, and the Town’s overall priorities and financial capacity.

This meeting will allow the Finance Committee to review, ask questions, and provide direction as we move toward finalizing the proposed budget for Council consideration.
